Shaggy Dog Farm Rental Package Includes:

• Use of barn, porch, bridal parlor and grounds, including outdoor ceremony site, for day of ceremony

• Up to 2 hours of wedding rehearsal and set up time prior to the ceremony date, scheduled and coordinated with Shaggy

• Tables, chairs and benches for 170 guests

• Use of any small décor we have on hand – inventory continually growing

• Indoor restrooms

• On-site parking with parking direction as needed

• Trash and Recycling

• Up to two licensed bartenders, full bar and liquor license and bar glassware. 

• Table and chair set up to your specifications for both the ceremony and the reception.

• Table and chair take down

• Gathering of personal items, with the exception of gifts and cards, for you to pick up.

• General and reasonable clean up

• Coordination of return of any items rented from outside vendors

Price: 5,500

Payment and Deposit:

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 is required to reserve your date. 

• An additional damage deposit of $500.  It is fully refundable after your event unless there is damage or excessive clean up.

• The remaining balance and the damage deposit must be paid in full prior to event.

Purchaser is Responsible for:

• Food costs

• Decoration

• Music and Entertainment

• Flowers

• Photography

• Coordinating delivery of any items rented from outside vendors
